Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer‑focused Computer Technician to inspect incoming computer equipment for recycling or refurbishment and provide technical support to customers for refurbished systems.
Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming computer hardware.
- Evaluate condition and functionality to determine recycling or refurbishment.
- Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on refurbishable units.
- Document inspection results and maintain inventory records.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding refurbished computers.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Other duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in computer hardware support, troubleshooting, repair, IT support, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with computer repair or IT support is a plus.
