Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with strong experience in Automation Application Development to lead onsite engagements at our clients Bay Area location. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical understanding, excellent project management capabilities, and strong leadership skills to drive successful project delivery.

• Lead and manage end-to-end application development projects onsite.
• Understand and engage with technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Take full ownership of project delivery, timelines, and quality.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Identify and resolve project issues through strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Explore new opportunities in different areas of operations.

• 10-12 years of experience in Program Management, in automation application development.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks and development processes, including UiPath.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver results.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
