Mphasis is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader and chief facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART). This role ensures delivery of business value through effective planning and management across multiple Agile teams.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Agile delivery, preferably with Scaled Agile (SAFe) certifications, and will be responsible for driving alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
