Eisner Amper is seeking an AI Solution Architect who will serve as lead developer on the EisnerAI Platform, designing and implementing the technical architecture that powers Eisner Amper’s intelligent solutions across tax, audit, outsourcing and advisory services. This role is essential to delivering the comprehensive AI platform that will transform how we serve clients and enable our vision of becoming the industry-leading AI-powered professional services firm.

• Ensure seamless integration across the platform’s Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents and Application layers.
• Drive model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents.
• Lead technical development of the EisnerAI Agent Workforce such as Tax Prep Bot , Compliance Risk Bot , Doc Intake, and M&A Targeting Bot.
• Design agentic frameworks supporting initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling.
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field or related work experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture role.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise‑scale solutions.

• Master’s degree preferred (Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus)
• Microsoft Azure AI Foundry: deep expertise in Azure AI services ecosystem
• Azure Machine Learning: MLOps, model deployment, and lifecycle management
• Azure OpenAI Service: GPT models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Azure Cognitive Services:
  Document Intelligence, Language Understanding, and Computer Vision
• Azure AI Search:
  Vector search, semantic search, and knowledge mining
• Azure Databricks:
  Data engineering and ML model development
• Programming
  
  Languages:
  
  Python, C#, JavaScript/Type Script, SQL
• AI/ML Frameworks:
  Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Transformers
• Vector Databases:
