We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer (also open to Salesforce Developers, Dynamics CRM Developers, or CRM Integration Specialists) to design, customize, and support enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. This role focuses heavily on system customization, application integration, and process automation.

  • Location: Raleigh, NC (Local candidates only)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Interview Mode: Webcam or In-Person
Key Responsibilities
  • System Development: Design, configure, and maintain custom workflows, forms, plugins, dashboards, and custom user interfaces within CRM environments.
  • Integration & APIs: Build and implement robust integrations between the CRM platform and external enterprise applications or databases using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system health, identify data bottlenecks, troubleshoot code bugs or configuration issues, and scale the application for reliability.
  • Security & Access Control: Set up and manage CRM security controls, user roles, object-level permissions, and data sharing rules to ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into high-performing technical architecture.

Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must bring a strong blend of CRM architecture and backend integration skills:

  • CRM Customization: Proven experience developing, configuring, and extending core features within major enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Integration Architecture: Solid background in API development, data migration, and connecting CRMs to external downstream/upstream systems.
  • Data & Workflow Automation: Comprehensive understanding of CRM database schemas, data synchronization, and business process automation.
  • Security Management: Strong knowledge of managing platform access controls, field-level security, and auditing configuration compliance.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder-facing communication skills.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
  • Public Sector / Government Experience (Required)
  • Hands-on mastery of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
    .
  • Familiarity with SQL
    , database management tools, and advanced reporting mechanisms.
  • Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
