Description of Work This position has responsibility of operating fulfillment equipment including insertion systems and folders, routine maintenance on equipment, merging and sorting reports for county DSS offices and clients. This position is also involved in quality control, which includes checking print quality, providing assistance to ensure jobs are processed accurately and isolating damaged work that needs to be reprinted. This work is performed under supervision of IT Operation Technicians within the DHHS IT Printing Operations Section.

/Management Preferences Salary Grade Range: $31,200.00 - $48,810.00

Recruitment Range: $31,200.00 - $46,950.00

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:

Experience working in a large print to mail operation

Knowledge in understanding workload trends and associated deadlines

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and management
