AI Solutions Engineer
Location:
Raleigh, NC (this is an onsite position) Salary: $125K-$175K base + bonus (salary depends on experience) Position Overview The AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. This role combines expertise in data science, machine learning, and software engineering to create scalable and efficient AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms using Python and relevant libraries.
- Utilize big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to manage and process large datasets.
- Implement best practices for MLOps to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of AI solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and mining to extract insights and improve model performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science, and integrate them into existing solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in productizing both LLM and computer vision AI/ML-enabled software.
- Experience in bringing products to market and commercial deployment
- Proven experience as an AI Solutions Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with data science frameworks such as PyTorch and Tensor Flow.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and practical implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with enterprise data systems and big data technologies.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLM) is a plus.
