Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Technical Support Representative (Applications Specialist) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
This position is currently On-Site.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with physicians, technologists, IT personnel and administrative staff at hospitals, medical practices, imaging centers, research facilities and more to handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prompt, effective problem-solving is essential to performing well in this role. The position requires the ability to work independently to remotely support a web application, and install, upgrade and troubleshoot client software. Knowledge of Windows networking is essential, and experience with medical imaging and DICOM networking is a bonus. Experience with a ticketing system also beneficial. PACS, HL7, DICOM and/or medical imaging workflow experience is a plus.
