We are looking for a Business Intelligence Architect to help lead that evolution.

This role is responsible for owning complex analytics initiatives from concept through execution. You will partner directly with Sales leaders, stakeholders, IT, and analytics teams to solve business problems, improve visibility, modernize analytical capabilities, and deliver insights that drive measurable impact.

The ideal candidate combines technical depth, analytical thinking, strong organization, business partnership, and a high level of ownership. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, problem solving, improving processes, and turning ambiguity into clear direction and execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives across stakeholder discovery, solution design, data engineering, automation, visualization, deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization while serving as the primary owner responsible for driving execution and outcomes
  • Build analytical solutions that go beyond reporting by helping leaders better understand performance, identify opportunities and risks, improve decision-making, and take action based on data-driven insights
  • Design and develop solutions using technologies such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities to improve visibility, efficiency, and insight generation across the organization
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, business drivers, operational gaps, and actionable recommendations across sales, operations, and commercial performance
  • Help advance the organization’s analytics capabilities through automation, improved data architecture, self-service analytics, and exploration of emerging technologies and analytical approaches
  • Establish strong standards around data quality, validation, documentation, maintainability, organization, and operational execution while helping elevate best practices across the broader analytics organization
What We’re Looking For

Core Characteristics

  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently lead initiatives and create momentum
  • Ability to simplify complex business and technical problems into practical solutions
  • Organized and structured approach to project execution, prioritization, and communication
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Naturally curious with a mindset focused on improvement, innovation, and challenging the status quo

Technical Experience Experience designing and delivering analytics solutions using technologies such as:

  • Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms
  • SQL and relational databases
  • Alteryx, Databricks, or similar transformation and data engineering tools
  • Automation workflows, advanced analytics, and modern BI ecosystems
  • Exposure to cloud analytics platforms, AI-enabled analytics, large language models, or self-service analytics solutions

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or related fields
  • Experience leading large or complex analytical initiatives with significant ownership and visibility
  • Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
