Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. What's the Job?- Lead and oversee large-scale, complex enterprise programs with multiple work streams and project managers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Manage program governance, budget, and reporting to executive leadership.
- Act as the primary orchestrator for interconnected work streams, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
- Utilize Jira as the central platform for managing workflows, reporting, and tracking progress.
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, IT Delivery, or Enterprise Transformation.
- Advanced Jira expertise, with a proven track record as a power user.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently, drive accountability, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
