Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent copilots, integrating enterprise applications, and automating business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
Build conversational flows, topics, triggers, entities, and adaptive dialogs.

Integrate Copilot Studio with:

Power Automate
Power Apps
Dataverse
Microsoft Teams
Share Point
Dynamics 365
External APIs / third-party systems
Develop custom connectors, plugins, and actions for enhanced bot capabilities.

Implement Generative AI capabilities using:

Azure OpenAI
Azure AI Services
AI Builder
Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into AI/automation solutions.
Optimize chatbot performance, analytics, and user experience.
Ensure security, compliance, governance, and best practices across Power Platform environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot functionality and integrations.
Maintain technical documentation and deployment processes.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.

Hands-on experience in Power Platform:

Power Apps
Power Automate
Dataverse
Power BI (good to have)

Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem:

Teams
Share Point
Outlook
Microsoft Graph API
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, custom connectors, and integrations.
Understanding of conversational AI, NLP/NLU concepts, and prompt engineering.
Experience with Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Functions preferred).
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications such as:

PL-900
PL-200
PL-400
AI-related Microsoft certifications

Experience with enterprise chatbot implementations.
Exposure to Dev Ops, ALM, and environment management in Power Platform.
