Note:

We are looking for strong Microsoft Copilot Studio developer, someone who is very strong in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure.

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent copilots, integrating enterprise applications, and automating business workflows.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Build conversational flows, topics, triggers, entities, and adaptive dialogs.

Integrate Copilot Studio with:

• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Dataverse
• Microsoft Teams
• Share Point
• Dynamics 365
• External APIs / third-party systems
• Develop custom connectors, plugins, and actions for enhanced bot capabilities.

Implement Generative AI capabilities using:

• Azure OpenAI
• Azure AI Services
• AI Builder
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into AI/automation solutions.
• Optimize chatbot performance, analytics, and user experience.
• Ensure security, compliance, governance, and best practices across Power Platform environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot functionality and integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment processes.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.

Hands-on experience in Power Platform:

• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Power BI (good to have)

Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem:

• Teams
• Share Point
• Outlook
• Microsoft Graph API
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, custom connectors, and integrations.
• Understanding of conversational AI, NLP/NLU concepts, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Functions preferred).
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Microsoft certifications such as:

• PL-900
• PL-200
• PL-400
• AI-related Microsoft certifications

• Experience with enterprise chatbot implementations.
• Exposure to Dev Ops, ALM, and environment management in Power Platform.
