Note:
We are looking for strong Microsoft Copilot Studio developer, someone who is very strong in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure.
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent copilots, integrating enterprise applications, and automating business workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
- Build conversational flows, topics, triggers, entities, and adaptive dialogs.
Integrate Copilot Studio with:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Dataverse
- Microsoft Teams
- Share Point
- Dynamics 365
- External APIs / third-party systems
- Develop custom connectors, plugins, and actions for enhanced bot capabilities.
Implement Generative AI capabilities using:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure AI Services
- AI Builder
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into AI/automation solutions.
- Optimize chatbot performance, analytics, and user experience.
- Ensure security, compliance, governance, and best practices across Power Platform environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot functionality and integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment processes.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
Hands-on experience in Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power BI (good to have)
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem:
- Teams
- Share Point
- Outlook
- Microsoft Graph API
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, custom connectors, and integrations.
- Understanding of conversational AI, NLP/NLU concepts, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Functions preferred).
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft certifications such as:
- PL-900
- PL-200
- PL-400
- AI-related Microsoft certifications
- Experience with enterprise chatbot implementations.
- Exposure to Dev Ops, ALM, and environment management in Power Platform.
