This role will support an IT Customer Success and Enablement group where driving internal customer success and technology enablement will minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve the employee experience. This role and your teammates bridge the gap between technology and people by raising awareness and fostering engagement with IT offerings, initiatives, platforms, and services. Driving excellence by measuring adoption, satisfaction, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Sweet Rush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.
We are working hand in hand with our client's IT Customer Success and Enablement (CSE) group, driving internal customer success and technology enablement across the learning enterprise to minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve the employee experience. We bridge the gap between technology and people by raising awareness and fostering engagement with IT offerings, initiatives, platforms, and services. We drive for excellence by measuring adoption and satisfaction and ensuring continuous improvement.
We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for key internal IT initiatives, such as AI and Cybersecurity Awareness Campaigns, as well as various Workplace Apps & Tools targeted at end users across the enterprise globally. Solutions for these initiatives may include live learning event development and delivery, eLearning course development, online resources creation, and learner evaluation.
Job Responsibilities- Learner needs assessment - thoroughly understand the learners' needs and requirements, including researching and analyzing learner profiles, preferences, and challenges, to ensure that the learning experience is tailored to their needs.
- Learning experience design - Collaborate with team and stakeholders to plan, co-create, and/or design learning experiences fit for the audience and needs of the initiative or product offering. This may include live learning events, eLearning courses, on-demand resources, and internal social announcements.
- Learning content development
- Develop learning content for various technology solutions that are accessible and understandable to a non-technical audience. Support content development, including facilitator scripts and presentation materials for IT live learning events. - eLearning development
