Service Now Developer
Location:
3700 Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh NC This is a hybrid position.
Long term This is request for a contractor with specific skills in support of Service Now applications and specifically the Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM) application for multiple projects within the Client.
Required experience:
- 6+ years of experience with Service Now development and/or administration
- 5+ years’ experience with Service Now Flow Designer or Service Now Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs), notifications, and reporting.
- Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- 5+ years’ experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- 3+ years’ experience building and maintaining integrations between Service Now and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Ability to estimate software development efforts.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
