You AreUST is seeking a highly skilled Windows Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise Windows infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, security, performance, and availability while supporting business-critical applications and IT operations.
The Opportunity- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) across enterprise infrastructure.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and related Windows services.
- Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Implement and maintain system security, hardening, and compliance standards.
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration, enterprise infrastructure management focused on building scalable, intelligent automation solutions.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Hands‑on experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
- Proficiency in AI‑assisted automation using Ansible, Python & Power Shell scripting.
- Experience with patch management, monitoring tools, backup solutions, and system troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and access management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, or Intune administration.
- Familiarity with SCCM/MECM, WSUS, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Exposure to storage, networking, and data center operations.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise support environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Windows system administration and infrastructure support.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent are preferred.

Compensation Range: $65,000 – $98,000
BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
