About The Role:

As a senior leader in Data Science, you will help define and deliver the strategic direction for Data Science across the business. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to develop innovative solutions, elevate best practices, and lead teams in delivering high-quality models and insights that drive customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Driving best practices across our Data Science functions
• Setting strategy and team direction, with a clear vision for Data Science
• Working with Product leaders to apply Data Science solutions
• Setting a high-bar for model development
• Leading small-to-medium sized teams, directly or indirectly
• Evaluating and creating new frameworks, and defining methodologies and governance

Requirements:

• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to senior stakeholders
• Be a natural problem-solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues
• Have experience in mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert to guide colleagues
• Have significant experience in managing larger technical teams, directly or indirectly
• Have experience in leading complex projects and customer relationships
• Have substantial experience in a Senior Data Scientist role

Primary Location Base Pay Range:
New York, NY $163,300 - $303,300. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
