- Expert that will support the long-term maintenance and enterprise integration of the client Hydrography Layer, a critical GIS dataset compiled by the client Environmental Analysis Unit over the past five years. The dataset has reached a maturity level requiring migration into the Enterprise GIS environment and ongoing operation support until ownership transitions to NC Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ).

- Required - 7 Years - ETL Process creation and maintenance
- Required - 7 Years - Direct SQL Server Database queries
- Required - 7 Years - Progress Reporting
- Required - 7 Years - Linear Referencing
