Active Directory Technical Specialist
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Seeking for a Active Directory Technical Specialist to providing account management and advanced support for Active Directory. You'll work on IT incident resolution, account administration, and ensure system security.
- Work with the Accounts Team to manage and modify user accounts.
- Provide advanced support in Active Directory and troubleshoot access issues.
- Document requests and resolutions using Service Now.
- Implement IT Security Office requirements to protect data.
- Lead projects and provide status updates to management.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3 years of experience in account management and administering Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 in multi-site and multi-domain environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
