What You'll Do- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential business conduct risks.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support risk mitigation strategies and business decision‑making.
- Execute SQL queries to investigate trigger behaviors, analyze data, and provide meaningful summaries to investigative teams.
- Compile, cleanse, organize, and interpret large datasets to understand business outcomes and emerging issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and trend analyses, including cost‑benefit evaluations and business impact assessments.
- Partner with business, technology, compliance, and operational teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Serve as a trusted subject‑matter expert and liaison between stakeholders across the organization.
- Translate technical findings into clear, compelling insights for non‑technical audiences.
- Create and deliver presentations, dashboards, and executive updates that communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Support project planning and execution for multiple initiatives of varying complexity.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, due diligence, and governance standards are maintained throughout project and issue resolution activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of business conduct monitoring, reporting, and prevention programs.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, execute, analyze, and explain query results.
- Experience using data to identify trends, risks, anomalies, or business opportunities.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a collaborative environment.
- Power BI experience, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience supporting risk, compliance, governance, audit, investigative, or business analytics functions.
Annual salary range: $68,500.00 – $, based on experience and qualifications.
