CRM Analyst

We are seeking an experienced CRM Analyst (also open to Customer Data Specialists, CRM Strategy Analysts, or CRM Reporting Specialists) to analyze customer data, optimize CRM workflows, and develop performance dashboards that drive engagement and operational efficiency.

• Location: Raleigh, NC (Local candidates only)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid

• Data Analysis & Quality: Analyze CRM data trends, track engagement metrics, and perform data audits to ensure system integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
• System Optimization: Collaborate with business units to customize and configure CRM solutions, streamlining workflows and automating routine processes.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Training & End-User Support: Create training materials, conduct user adoption workshops, and serve as the main liaison between business users and technical teams.

To excel in this role, you must bring a strong blend of data-driven analytics and functional process improvement skills:

• CRM Platform Expertise: Direct professional experience working with CRM infrastructure and enterprise customer service processes.
• Analytics & Dashboarding: Advanced data analysis skills with a proven track record of designing executive-ready dashboards and tracking business performance metrics. Preferred (Bonus) Skills
  • Public Sector / Government Experience (Required)
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365
    , or Hub Spot.
  • Familiarity with SQL
    , business intelligence (BI) frameworks, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience handling CRM integrations, constituent services, or large-scale outreach programs.
