Oracle Health Federal Lead Data Architect

This role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable data solutions that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights across the organization. The ideal candidate is a technically strong problem solver who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, developing innovative solutions, and continuously improving how data is collected, managed, presented and consumed.

• Creating and Maintaining Reports: Design, develop, and maintain intuitive reports and dashboards using Power BI that provide operational and executive insights. Ensure reporting solutions remain accurate, reliable, and up to date.

• Developing and Managing Data Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize ETL processes to extract data from multiple enterprise systems, transform it into consistent and reliable datasets, and load it into reporting and analytics platforms.

• Automating Workflows: Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase data quality.

• Building Applications: Design and develop business applications using Oracle APEX and Microsoft Power Apps to streamline operational workflows, improve user experience, and enable data-driven decision making.

• Leveraging AI and Intelligent Automation: Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities, including generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Oracle AI services, and intelligent automation tools to improve reporting, accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance user productivity.

• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Partner with business leaders and operational teams to understand reporting and data needs, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Driving Continuous Innovation: Identify opportunities to modernize reporting, analytics, automation, and application development by evaluating emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.
