Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, profiling, and reporting to support business decision-making
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Translate business requirements into data models and analytical insights
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify key KPIs and reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports
- Support ad-hoc analysis and drive insights generation
- Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience in data visualization and storytelling
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience in the Insurance / BFSI domain
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
- Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms (Databricks etc.)
Salary Range: $100,000 to $140,000 per year
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
