Oracle Functional Consultant Receivable and Collections

Job Overview

In this role you will apply your skills and experience to deliver innovative solutions for Accenture’s clients, working with a diverse network of professionals across Accenture businesses to address today’s biggest business challenges.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide support and enhancements for Oracle Advanced Collections (OAC), including strategy setup, scoring, dunning plans, and collections workflows.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support business operations and decision‑making.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Territory Management (OTM) rules, hierarchies, and assignment processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Functional, DBAs, Developers) for resolution.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support integrations between Oracle modules and external systems.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities (unit, integration, UAT).
• Document system processes, configurations, and support procedures.
• Provide end‑user support, training, and documentation.

• Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Financial Receivables and Collections.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Hourly rate varies based on location and experience: $67.00 to $77.00.
