Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Analyst

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Analyst to support and enhance Epic EHR Clinical Documentation workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Clin Doc build, implementation, system support, workflow analysis, testing, and end-user support in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain Epic Clinical Documentation workflows, including nursing, therapies, behavioral health, and long-term care.
  • Gather business requirements, analyze clinical workflows, and configure Epic solutions.
  • Perform system build, testing, validation, upgrades, and go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.
  • Support clinical documentation compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide user training and ongoing application support.
Required Qualifications:
  • Epic Clin Doc Certification (required).
  • 7+ years of Epic Clin Doc implementation or production support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical documentation workflows in healthcare settings.
  • Experience with Epic configuration, workflow analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience as an Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst/Builder.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Epic Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) Certification.
  • Experience supporting behavioral health and long-term care clinical workflows.
