Job Title:
Email Marketing Specialist – responsible for creating, testing, and executing email campaigns and personalized communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive donor engagement and loyalty.
- Design and implement email campaigns, automated journeys, and personalized communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create tailored communications via email, SMS, and other CRM tools to strengthen customer relationships.
- Set up and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud infrastructure, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Optimize email marketing strategies through A/B testing, segmentation, and customization to boost engagement and conversion.
- Monitor, define, and improve customer journeys, presenting use cases for various scenarios.
- Implement automations to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Contribute to a scalable marketing automation framework that integrates with multiple systems and platforms.
- Document processes and track improvements; proofread and double‑check campaigns prior to release.
- Activate campaigns using automation tools and oversee vendor execution using agile methods within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Stay informed on evolving market technologies and marketing technology trends.
- Advanced analytical skills for data management, analysis, and reporting.

- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and AMPscript is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or a related field.
- Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Adobe Journey Optimizer is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in CRM‑related roles.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including third‑party solutions and cross‑digital channels.
- Preferred experience with data management, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP), and CRM optimization.
- Eligibility to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool.
