2 years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field financial services or related environment

Bachelors degree required Technology related field preferred

Adept to work in an environment with multiple applications patterns and integrations

Relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies including data analysis data mapping systems feasibility and impact analysis flowcharts uses case development story mapping writing setup configuration of systems gap analysis user acceptance testing and documentation

Knowledge of API Development Cloud AWS Data Design Batch Event Processing and Workflow Process Automation is preferred

Solid analytical facilitation and communication skills

Experience in Agile methodologies desired

Ability to produce in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners technical groups and COEs

Technical problem solver who can work in a demanding fastpaced environment engaging collaborating and supporting capabilities across teams

Proactive contributor to a highly functioning team meticulous and understands how systems applications can provide solutions to business problems and objectives

Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus

Exposure to test automation and quality practices

Good interpersonal skills including negotiation communication leadership and influence

Adaptable and agile can conform to shifting priorities demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fastpaced environment

Successfully take the lead on issues and gain resolution in a timely manner

Passion and intellectual curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas
