Systems Analyst

Responsibilities- Review and document scientific business/laboratory processes and systems.
- Develop recommendations and future‑state workflows, data models, documentation, and reports with the scientific owner(s) and provide gap analysis where needed.
- Implement newly developed workflows and data models in core platforms via application configuration interfaces.
- Produce and deliver the required workflow documents and reports to customers as described in project SOWs.
- Work with customer stakeholders to determine prioritization of project deliverables.
- Co‑develop objectives for new projects with solutions delivery management and identify areas for new workflows for follow‑on projects.
- Provide technical consultative advice and product‑specific guidance to customers.
- Lead client workshops, perform data modeling and application configuration, develop test plans, guide UAT execution, train and onboard users, and support system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Manage complicated scientific concepts, using prior experience to solve problems.
- Drive client contact and satisfaction, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring an exceptional level of service.
- Build trust with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Assist in creating proposals and estimates for service delivery projects and new proposals with business development.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to organize and prioritize in quickly changing environments within resource constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of in vivo applications and technical experience with SDKs and APIs for development or integration is a benefit but not required.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy, extensive knowledge of life‑science applications, and willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work within a team and across business units in an open and professional manner.
- Ability to anticipate issues and offer solutions.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
Higher education (Bachelor's or master’s degree) in a Life Sciences field.
Experience Requirements- Minimum 4–5 years’ work experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience with platforms such as Benchling, Dotmatics, IDBS, Sapio, or Labware in a role where configuration, deployment, and modifications were primary duties.
- At least 2 years of experience in a position managing a key informatics system, supporting modules such as ELN, sample management (Registry), inventory management, workflows, molecular design, reporting, and automation applications.
- Proficient use of office productivity tools such as Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace.
- Experience with workflow and drawing tools such as Lucidchart and/or Smart Sheet.
