Senior Business Engagement Specialist (BISO) – join the Information Security organization to embed security into product development and customer delivery.

• Serve as the primary security liaison for assigned business units or product lines, translating business objectives into actionable, risk‑oriented security priorities.
• Represent Information Security in executive and product leadership forums, articulating the value of proactive risk management.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Go-To-Market teams to lead early security discussions and trace security requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Help establish repeatable processes that simplify security expectations for teams.
• Use measurable metrics and reporting to track progress and demonstrate value to the business.
• Contribute to risk registers, quantify financial impact, and coordinate mitigation across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the wider Information Security team to ensure consistent communication and measurable business outcomes.

• Senior experience in Security, Product, Technology, Strategy, Operations, Risk, Customer Success, or Commercial leadership.
• Proven ability to build consensus across cross‑functional teams.
• Skill translating complex information into clear insights for decision‑makers.
• Comfort evaluating and communicating different types of risks.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.
• Curious and proactive learner about how products, customers, and security intersect.
• Willingness to learn core security concepts.
• Advanced degrees or certifications are welcomed but not required.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply. This role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
