What Would You Do?

At a Senior Manager level, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead client engagements in the Med Tech industry focused on ERP technology strategy, design and delivery in ERP – SAP S4 and Oracle Fusion
• Partner across business functions to drive planning and delivery
• Assess current-state processes, systems, and data models
• Design and implement next-generation technology solutions
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES across wider IT/OT spectrum)
• Provide industry thought leadership on Med Tech ERP and technology best practice
• Work with cross-functional Accenture teams to bring innovation and AI to delivery and solutioning
• Own client deliverables, including roadmaps, business cases, solution designs, and operating model recommendations
• Own client business development, RFPs and sales

Travel: candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.

You will always be learning in this role through:

• Minimum of 8 years experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences technology supply chain and manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree

• You have techno-functional mixture – the ability to speak both languages
• You have experience in business and technology focused projects and roles
• You have experience working with and/or leading teams, clients, and vendors using your exceptional team building, mentoring, people development, and management skills
• You have experience working with Life Sciences supply chain and manufacturing professionals applying excellent client-facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• You work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and apply structure to your problem solving
