Responsibilities
- Own operational and portfolio reporting
- Maintain the integrity of product workflow data
- Surface opportunities to improve decision‑making processes
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for product leadership
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and risks
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Configure and maintain product tools and workflow systems like Jira and Jellyfish
- Define and document metric definitions for consistent analysis
- Monitor delivery health metrics to assess execution patterns
- Support automation and reporting efficiency efforts
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, business analytics, or a related analytical role
- Experience building dashboards and reports for leadership or senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with BI and dashboard tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management and workflow tools
- Working knowledge of Jira, including JQL
- Familiarity with product workflow data structures
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery environments
- Ability to work with SQL, scripting, APIs, or automation tools to support reporting, data extraction, or workflow efficiency
