Business Data Analyst II – Human Capital Data and Analytics Enablement

Responsibilities

• Drive the translation of data into trusted, actionable insights
• Gather, analyze, and maintain business data requirements across applications, integrations, and reporting environments
• Apply data standards and best practices to improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency
• Partner with internal clients, business owners, and development teams to resolve data issues
• Produce reports utilizing cloud-based applications or platforms to provide information to business leaders
• Implement frameworks, processes, controls, models, and solutions to ensure data is effectively managed

• Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.)
• Focus on process automation to improve efficiency
• Experience managing small-mid size projects with some complexity
• Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape
• Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences
• Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
