Health Economics & Outcome Researcher

Job Summary

Conduct the programming and analytic tasks on large RWE projects to a level suitable for peer‑reviewed publication in medical journals under the guidance of senior collaborators.

• Implement full‑scale projects, including working with internal and external stakeholders to scope and plan project work
• Conceptualize, code, and deliver analytic products end‑to‑end
• Apply appropriate statistical techniques
• Identify and interpret meaningful insights from analysis

Ability to execute custom research projects independently and/or as part of a team.

Communicate complex ideas, methodologies, and results to clients and other stakeholders.

Contribute to the development and promotion of best practices within the team.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience (required)
• 2–4 years relevant work experience
• Experience in SQL and SAS; experience with EHR and claims data preferred
