Job Description

We are looking for someone to be part of our Application Support Team. Following are key requirements:

  • Some experience in doing Application Support.
  • Knowledge of some programming language and SDLC.
  • Experience with Service Now.
  • Prefer Computer Science graduates.
  • Ability to work in shifts and/or be on call outside US business hours.
  • Ability to quickly triage and react to incoming incidents and route them to the appropriate party.
