- Manage and oversee production support and operational activities for enterprise applications.
- Work closely with customer and make sure all escalations are taken care
- Coordinate and handle critical incidents (P1/P2), ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Work with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives, especially on GCP.
- Drive improvements in monitoring, automation, and operational processes.
- Act as a point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure systems meet availability, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Plan and manage routine maintenance activities with minimal or no downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application, infrastructure, and business units
- Experience in technical project management or IT operations/support.
- Exposure to AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud environments.
- Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Basic understanding of enterprise systems integration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage global teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
