Job Overview

Senior Scheduler / Scrum Master positions available in Raleigh, NC (options for remote or onsite) with responsibilities spanning project scheduling, agile facilitation, and team coordination.

• Develop pursuits, pre‑construction, and construction job schedules to ensure timely, profitable job completion.
• Coordinate and maintain detailed project schedules for individual projects and program portfolios using Primavera P6.
• Facilitate schedule development and maintenance, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
• Lead and coach agile teams, providing a single point of contact for all aspects of project development and implementation.
• Conduct agile ceremonies, guide teams through sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, and maintain agile artifacts in tools such as JIRA, Rally, or equivalent.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Assist with the receipt, verification, and completion of customer work requests, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
• Apply SAFe framework principles and support continuous improvement initiatives within teams.
• Lead and coordinate Construction Project Management (CPM) schedules for capital projects in transportation, urban, and transit systems.

• 8+ years of experience in scheduling or project control roles, with strong technical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and project management software (JIRA, Rally).
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, certified in SAFe preferred.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, facilitation techniques, and coaching practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
