Independence Support Analyst
The Independence Support Analyst supports the Network's independence and compliance processes by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and performing basic data analytics under supervision. This role is ideal for early career professionals seeking experience in compliance operations, technology support, and global collaboration.
What You Will Do:- Manage day-to-day WeCheck support tickets (WeCheck is the Network's internally developed independence check tool)
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets by following established protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps and final resolution
- Assist Country Acceptance Officers (Group) / Acceptance Team (US) with guidance and data collection to ensure adherence to international independence standards
- Record all support requests, escalations and actions taken in the tracking system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized documentation to support auditability and process consistency
- Work with global teams across regions and time zones
- Communicate effectively in a multinational, cross-cultural environment
- Participate in the deployment of the Network independence compliance tool, including testing new tool functionalities prior to release
- Perform basic data analysis to support trend identification, recurring issue detection and potential improvements
- Assist with preparing summaries or reports under supervisor
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally
- 1+ years of relevant experience
