Systems Engineer, IT Support, IT Consultant
Sebenza LLC, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MES Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a leading consulting firm in the manufacturing industry, we work with clients to optimize their manufacturing processes and systems. The MES Engineer will play a critical role in implementing and supporting MES solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement MES solutions for clients in the manufacturing industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes
- Configure and customize MES software to meet client needs
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of MES systems
- Provide technical support and training to clients
- Develop and maintain documentation for MES systems and processes
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in MES technology
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in MES implementation and support
- 3+ years of experience in Life Science industry
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements of the life science industry such as cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.
- Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, C++, and Java
- MES solution deployment experience with but not limited to Werum PAS-X, Sepasoft, or POMS
- Experience with MES software, such as Wonderware, Siemens, or Rockwell
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (25%)
