Position Overview
As a Business Analytics Consultant within PNC’s IRM organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Brecksville, OH, Charlotte, NC, or Houston, TX. You will leverage complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools, and applications across multiple functions or business units to create data‑driven solutions.

- Consult clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product/solution development.
- Determine the optimal analytic approach and support development, implementation and enhancements.
- Conceptualize, develop and continuously optimize analytical solutions for operations and executive management to enable data‑driven decision making.
- Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
- Demonstrate leadership and self‑stimulation in a fast‑paced environment, effectively communicate written and verbally and solve problems through process improvement, re‑engineering and project management.
- Have a strong foundation in SQL and Tableau, experience with ETL in PNC’s source systems or repositories, and knowledge and understanding of banking and credit;
Hadoop and Python experience is a plus.
Leverage analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data‑driven solutions. Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics. Analyze and process data, build and maintain models and report templates, and develop dynamic, data‑driven solutions. Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting findings from data processing and analysis.
Consult on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitate the implementation of new tools and data marts.

Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Pay Transparency: Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $; varies by location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education; incentive eligible.
