If you are motivated and believe in the credit union philosophy of "People Helping People," join our team! The CLM Analyst will be part of the operation of the Contracts team and will be responsible for assisting with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Responsibilities- Log, track, and maintain records of agreements reviewed by Contracts.
- Maintain contract records and supporting documentation, including correspondence, contract artifacts, redlines, negotiated versions, and executed agreements within the CLM system.
- Assist with user support and troubleshoot routine CLM issues.
- Create, update, and maintain users, groups, permissions, functions, and roles within the CLM platform.
- Assist with workflow updates and corrections.
- Generate standard reports and metrics for operational and management reporting.
- Support testing of system enhancements and software releases.
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Understand and utilize SECU’s contract management software, adapting to evolving functionality.
- Communicate ideas and implement changes in close collaboration with the VP – Contract Administration.
- Act professionally, maintain confidentiality, and be courteous and discreet in all duties.
- Accept special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Four‑year degree from an accredited college or university.
- Excellent reading, language comprehension, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to organize work, prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently.
- Knowledge of financial‑institution systems and processes.
- Highest level of integrity and objectivity.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing departmental demands.
- Dedication to SECU philosophy and work ethic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Cooperation, collaboration, and cordiality in interactions with co‑workers and vendors.
- Experience in a position involving contract management.
- Experience with Conga Contracts Management Software or other contract‑management software.
Office setting with physical proximity to other employees, including background noise from other employees, copy machines, and telephone.
Physical DemandsMust comprehend phone calls and follow verbal and written instructions; may require substantial sitting; use hands and fingers to operate computer keyboard, telephone keypad, and lift the receiver; capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
