- Monitor project margins, revenue recognition, and profitability metrics.
- Review and approve project milestones for customer invoicing, supporting account management on renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Provide functional guidance, task delegation, and mentorship to Project Coordinators within the PMO.
- Drive team accountability, remove operational roadblocks, and handle conflict resolution within project teams.
- Champion AI-driven project management methodologies by embedding AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) into scope generation, risk analysis, financial reporting, and customer communication.
- Contribute to PMO governance standardizations, SOP authoring, process automation, and lessons-learned repositories.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. PMP, CAPM, or ITIL certifications are a strong plus.
- Experience: 2–5 years of IT project coordination or project management experience, preferably within an IT services provider, MSP, VAR, or technology consulting firm.
