Great opportunity for a recent Computer Science graduate with 4+ years of experience looking for an on‑site IT support position in Raleigh‑Durham, NC.

• Answer end‑user computer and networking questions
• Work with our Remote Monitoring and Management software
• Update and configure firewalls
• Roll out multifactor authentication (MFA)
• Investigate endpoint detection and response (EDR) alerts
• Configure and migrate M365

• At least 4 years of prior IT support experience
• Ability to lift/install computers and monitors
• Drive to client offices within the service region
• Must be a US citizen and establish roots in the Raleigh‑Durham area
• Detail‑oriented, people person, not shy about troubleshooting
• Background in PC support, networking, and helping office workers with technology

• Autonomy to do what’s best for the client (integrity is everything)

This is an in‑office and client on‑site position in the Raleigh‑Durham, NC area. You will be working out of our office or onsite at clients in our service area.
