We’re looking for a
Cybersecurity Specialist to take ownership of security operations across our client base. If you’re highly technical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a role that blends compliance, engineering, and risk management, we want to talk to you.
As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our core security stack and ensuring our clients meet compliance and risk requirements. This role combines
SOC/SIEM management, Microsoft 365/Azure security
,
MDR coordination
, and
audit/compliance program leadership
.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team and technical consultants to improve client security posture, respond to evolving threats, and support external compliance obligations (HIPAA, NIST, etc.).
Key Responsibilities- Manage SOC and SIEM tools across client environments
- Manage
MDR operations , including incident review, escalation, and client response - Administer and monitor
Microsoft 365 and Azure security
: - Secure Score, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Defender for Endpoint
- Alerts, logging, and policy enforcement
- Lead compliance management programs (HIPAA, NIST CSF, CIS Controls)
- Support and prepare clients for
third-party audits or assessments - Help define and enforce security policies, SOPs, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal IT consultants on best practices, secure deployments, and proactive improvements
- Review security posture regularly and recommend improvements
- Experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or GRC in an MSP or IT services environment
- Hands-on experience with:
- MDR, Microsoft 365 Defender, Secure Score, and Azure AD
- SIEM/SOC tools
- Endpoint protection, MFA, and incident response workflows
- Familiarity with HIPAA, NIST CSF, or other regulatory standards
- Strong documentation and client communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of owning and improving security workflows independently
- Microsoft certifications (SC-200, SC-300, MS-500)
- CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or CASP+
- CISSP, CISA, or equivalent (a plus, not required)
- Experience with policy writing, vendor risk management, and audit prep
