Think Tech is seeking a Field Technician I to provide onsite technical support for clients across the Triangle region, including Raleigh. This role is ideal for someone building IT support experience and who enjoys solving problems in person.
You will travel to client locations, troubleshoot PCs, printers, peripherals, and common business apps; install hardware/software; support onboarding and deployments; assist with networking.
