Job Description
We Are:
Accenture's Oracle practice - and we make the new happen now. Every day, we imagine the future and bring it to life using design thinking, agile development methodologies, and smart technology including IoT, automation, and AI. We built my Concerto, our own platform that blends the best of Accenture and Oracle to help companies emerge as digital leaders. As a Global Cloud Elite and Platinum member of the Oracle Partner Network with over 145 awards, we're proud the industry is taking notice.
We launched Accenture Edge - a new business purpose-built to help mid-market companies with annual revenues between $300 million and $3 billion harness AI and technology. These companies face the same technology, data, AI, cybersecurity, and productivity challenges as large enterprises, but need solutions that are faster to deploy, more repeatable, and right-sized for their scale. Accenture Edge integrates seamlessly with Avanade, our joint venture with Microsoft, delivering deep cloud, AI, and security expertise so clients can adopt AI at speed.

Accenture Edge | Built for Your Scale
You Are:
A seasoned Oracle integration architect who has led complex, multi-stream Financials integration programmes from blueprint through hypercare. You design solutions that connect Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials to the real world - third-party platforms, commerce channels, EDI networks, and enterprise middleware - with the technical rigor and client-facing authority of a Senior Manager. You set architecture standards, own delivery quality across onshore and offshore teams, and translate technical complexity into clear decisions for CFO-level stakeholders.
You do not just consult on integrations - you lead them.
The Work:
* Own the end-to-end integration architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials engagements - defining patterns, standards, and reusable assets across.
* Lead solution design for high-complexity integration scenarios including Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) order-to-cash flows, EDI invoice processing, PaaS-based extensions, and third-party platform connectivity
* Architect and deliver integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven messaging; define error handling, retry logic, and operational monitoring frameworks
* Govern integration delivery across onshore and offshore squads - reviewing designs, enforcing standards, managing dependencies, and driving accountability to programme timelines
* Conduct architecture workshops and design sessions with client IT, Finance, and business operations teams; produce architecture decision records (ADRs) and integration design documents (IDDs)
* Lead SIT, regression, and performance testing for integration work streams; define test strategies and sign off on cutover readiness
* Identify, escalate, and resolve integration risks, issues, and cross-stream dependencies proactively; present options and recommendations to client leadership and Accenture programme management
* Establish and maintain integration runbooks, API catalogues, and operational support documentation for post-go-live handover
* Support business development - contribute to proposals, architecture solutioning, and client orals for Oracle integration pursuits in the mid-market space
* Develop and mentor junior architects and integration consultants; build team capability in OIC, Oracle Financials, and API best practices
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Qualification
What You Need:
* Minimum 8 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation experience, with at least 5 years in an integration architect or integration lead role
* Minimum of 5 years designing and delivering OIC-based integrations across applications, while have completed at a minimum of at least two full-cycle programs
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - including hands-on delivery, integration patterns, adapters, process automation, and visual builder.
* Minimum of 5 years working with API management, REST/SOAP web services, EDI standards, and event-driven integration architectures
* Minimum of 4 years leading mixed onshore/offshore delivery teams of 5 or more; able to set technical direction and hold distributed teams to quality and schedule
* Minimum of 4 years engaging confidently with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on architecture decisions, risks, and program status
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If:
* Experience with commerce platform integrations (e.g. Salesforce, Shopify, Net Suite) connected to Oracle Fusion Financials
* Hands-on knowledge of Oracle PaaS extension patterns - VBCS, Process Cloud, Integration Fabric - for Financials customization without customization
* Experience integrating Oracle Financials with Avanade / Microsoft Azure API…
