About The Role
The role owns the end-to-end design lifecycle, translating complex technical workflows and user research into intuitive, human-centered product experiences.
The role owns the end-to-end design lifecycle, translating complex technical workflows and user research into intuitive, human-centered product experiences. The team collaborates closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and user researchers to shape core product features used by millions of users daily.
Key Responsibilities- Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design improvements
- Build, maintain, and scale comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure cross-platform consistency and development velocity
- Collaborate with engineering teams during implementation sprints to ensure design integrity, accessibility standards, and high-quality frontend execution
- Present design concepts, research findings, and strategic decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
- Continuously audit deployed product experiences for UX bottlenecks, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and interaction refinement
- 3–6 years of product design experience in a technology company, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI capabilities
- Expert proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design system architecture
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, qualitative research methods, and information architecture
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern frontend capabilities to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering teams
- Bonus:
Experience designing developer tools, complex data visualization dashboards, or enterprise SaaS products
