Mainframe Technical Specialist
Location:
Raleigh, NC

Onsite role
Seeking a Mainframe Technical Specialist to serve as an expert with the following skills and expertise:
- Mainframe skills including CICS, DB2, Elixir, Endevor, IMS, and JCL.
- Thorough knowledge of Z/OS operating system and its interrelationships and functionality.
- Ability to provide configuration management and release management support and guidance for Endevor software.
- Thorough knowledge of SQL programming language and techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of tools and utilities to support DB2.
- Ability to evaluate complex SQL queries and recommend suggestions for better software performance and cost savings.
- Ability to provide CICS administration, problem-solving, and debugging support interfacing with application developers as well as personnel.
