Cyber Security Manager

• Own Delta Star’s cybersecurity strategy, governance framework, and security operations oversight
• Partner with business leaders, IT, Engineering, and Operations teams to strengthen security
• Review cybersecurity risks with executive leadership
• Oversee security monitoring activities
• Evaluate emerging threats and guide incident response activities
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements
• Develop and deliver enterprise security awareness and training programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity, information security, or risk management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience leading teams, programs, or enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or equivalent preferred
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
