Desktop Support Engineer

Location:

Raleigh, NC (Day1 Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Support:
  Respond to client queries and provide on-site technical assistance.
• Network Maintenance:
  Ensure consistent operation of client networks, including routers, servers, and other hardware.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Installation and Configuration:
  Set up new hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Training and Assistance:
  Provide training and technical support to end-users.
• Documentation:
  Maintain records of issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with other IT professionals to ensure seamless support.
