Business Analyst – AI, Automation & Data Intelligence

• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to automate manual processes, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance business visibility

• Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics for Materials Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Forecasting, Production Planning, and Supplier Performance

• Analyze operational and enterprise data to identify cost reduction, productivity, and decision-making opportunities

• Partner with Materials Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and IT leaders to improve processes and standardize best practices across facilities

• Evaluate and deploy modern technologies, automation tools, and AI applications that create measurable operational value

• Collaborate with division leaders and AI champions to drive standardization across the business unit

• Help establish a data-driven operating environment through improved data governance, reporting accuracy, and process discipline

• Support AI and data intelligence initiatives across a multi-site packaging machinery manufacturing organization

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing Analytics, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve business processes and decision-making
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, materials management, supply chain operations, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and actionable reporting tools
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Automate, Python, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and influence business decisions
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience in packaging machinery, industrial equipment, engineered products, or discrete manufacturing
• Experience implementing AI-powered workflow automation or predictive analytics
• Multi-site manufacturing experience and a track record of operational improvement
