Custom Computer Specialists is actively seeking a Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for employees’ technology issues. You will provide Tier 1 support for endpoints, peripherals, and basic applications, while handling onboarding and asset management tasks.
You will resolve issues, document resolutions in Manage Engine, and participate in imaging, deployment, and telephony setup. A strong focus on clear communication and willingness to learn KIOTI systems is required.
